Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Rs 65,000-Rs 125,000/month

Responsibilities:
You will have to fulfill the following responsibilities for the company:
- Create, run, and maintain complete advertisements on Google and Facebook, keeping the company’s goal in mind.
- Develop to reach people who may be interested in our current situation and improve the situation for better results.
- You must be fully proficient in your job so that you can write good and concise reports, hire the right people, and use the budget wisely.
- Monitor campaign performance by looking at key metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), cost per click (CPC), conversion rate, and profitability, and generate reports to improve it.
- Furthermore, it is also necessary for you to further improve the models and gain experience with data, and provide useful suggestions.
Things to consider before applying:
1. Experience in handling several Google advertising skills for different companies
2. PPC expert, especially in Google and Facebook Ads
3. Some experience in SEO (search engine optimization)
4. Candidate must be based in Lahore
Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
We need someone who has some experience in the home services sector, such as construction and painting and has run successful advertising campaigns on Google and Facebook.
If a candidate has obtained a Google Ads certificate or any other certification, he/she will be given first preference.
Competencies:
Deep understanding of and proven skill with Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video) and Ads Manager for Facebook.
Strong analytical skills: Google Analytics, reporting dashboards, and evaluating campaign performance.
Excellent working knowledge of digital marketing strategies and best practices.
Use of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Innovative problem-solver.
Experience:
Home service ad campaign management: 3 years (Required)
