Job Details

Location: Lahore, Pakistan

Type of Job: Full-time

Timings: 10:00 am – 07:00 pm from Monday through Friday.

Salary Scale: Rs 60,000 – Rs 100,000 (depending on the skill)

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week 

Location of Work: On-site

Chief Duties:

This job will have you perform the following tasks:

• You will manage and direct the whole video creation process: pre-production planning, recording, editing, and post-production.
  
• You must also shoot and post podcasts with audio and video specifications that are standard in the industry.
  
• Develop compelling video content for the clients that can be utilized on YouTube, within social media, for marketing, for brand application, and internal branding.
  
• Create: motion graphics, intros/outros-b-roll as needed.
  
• Eye-pleasing marketing assets banners, social media posts, and other brand collateral developed.
  
• Breathe life into stories through the assistance of the content-marketing team.
  
• (UI/UX team support through wireframes, mockups, and product visuals is a plus).

Tools & Technologies:

The video editor should have knowledge related to the following tools used in editing:

Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve
Graphic Design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
Motion Graphics: Adobe After Effects, Blender is a bonus.
Podcast Editing: Audacity, Adobe Audition, Descript
UI/UX Design (an advantage): Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch

Key Skills:

1. The candidate must have 2-3 years of professional experience in video editing.
   
2. Has experience working with and handling professional cameras and equipment setups in the studio.
   
3. He must be able to manage work and edits within the given time. 
   
4. Must have a grip in various fields like color grading, transitions, cuts, audio mixing, animations, and visual effect manipulation.
   
5. The ideal candidate must be fast, handling multiple projects at a time.
