Lahore Development Authority (LDA) is looking to hire a sub-engineer (BS-14). The advertisement was given in the newspaper on 27 April 2025. The PPSC is responsible for the recruitment of engineers for these posts. In total, 25 seats are available having minority and special quotas. 03 years course after Matriculation in relevant subjects i.e., DAE (Civil) from a recognized institute.

Syllabus for Written Test:

One Paper MCQ Type Written Test of 100 Marks and 90 minutes duration. The syllabus is as under:

Important Instructions:

1. Before filling out the online form, please read the instructions regarding fee waiver exams and interviews on the PPSC website carefully.

2. The exam schedule and syllabus will be available only on the PPSC’s official website. Candidates should check the website frequently for the latest information and should not seek information from anywhere else.

3. Employees working in the federal government, semi-government autonomous institutions or local bodies will not be eligible for age relaxation based on their length of service.

4. For posts that require registration with a council or organization such as PMC, PMDC, PNC, PEC, candidates should check their registration by the last date of application submission or, if they have already applied, bring proof of it with them at the time of interview.

5. The candidates will ensure at the time of applying for particular post(s) that they have obtained/applied for Registration Certificate from PEC/PNC/PMDC/PMC/PVMC or other relevant regulatory body on or before the closing date and will provide the same at the time of interview (if called).

6. Candidates must bring a certificate of full marks or percentage of marks obtained in all their degrees at the time of interview, which an authorized institution must issue, and only CGPA will not be acceptable. You need to bring your proper certificate.

7. PPSC always publishes information only on its website and does not trust information from any other source.

8. If required, the Shorthand Test and Typing & Proficiency Test will ONLY be held at Lahore.

9. In case of variation (increase/decrease) in several posts (s) by the concerned department, No Fresh Applications will be invited.

10.
