Job Role:

Answering inbound calls made by interested customers who apply to us. Note: No cold calling in this role.
Responds to prospective customers’ immediate inquiries about products and services and introduces them to other products and services.
Capture and resolve any issues or complaints to ensure that there is a smooth customer experience.
Maintains and updates customer records by inputting information into an Excel spreadsheet and managing it with Outlook correspondence.

Skills Required:

1. You spoken English skills must be good (Mandatory)
2. Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
3. The person applying for the position needs to acquire very strong non-verbal and communication skills.
4. Prior experience in tele sales or customer support is an added advantage but not mandatory.

Timings:

Your job will be from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, as you will be working for a UK-based company.

Other Information:

• This role is strictly office-based in Lahore. Working from home is not an option for this position. You will have to be physically present at the site.

Education:

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
