Minimum Experience

2 Years (Collection & Recovery, Customer focused, and good understanding of SBP’s Fair Debt collection policies, Strong understanding of banking products, but especially credit products, Thorough understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements for banking)

Duties:

Collection Management

• You need to make sure that all visits are according to schedule through proper planning and effective field visits.

• Meet and talk with negligent customers to initiate the collection process.

• Guarantees assigned collection and recovery targets through frequent calls to delinquent borrowers.

• He visits on a regular basis and makes payments. He does a good job with all defaulted accounts assigned to him according to the SBP Fair Debt Collections guidelines and submits a daily report on the visited accounts to the respective Team Lead.

• Reduce Non-Performing Loans provisions in a structured targeting fashion.

• Always be in contact with the customer at all times to have the PTPs completed.

• Act quickly to collect all accounts that have  30+ days passed due and Losses (Charged off).

Priorities

• Report the targets having complaints raised during calls and visits, resolved, and mentioned to the Team Lead for further processing.

Portfolio Management

• Frequent and repeated telephone calls and follow-ups to implement remedial actions and action plans sanctioned by the Team Lead.

• Prompt handover-physically or by surface mail, to all defaulting customers of recovery letters/notices as per pre-established frequencies.

• Portfolio reviews regularly and actively follows up on collection through desk and field visits to ensure that all applicable portfolio and collection standards are at or within assigned standards.

Service Excellence

• Compliance with internal service requirements and no customer complaints received related to services.

• Listens to consumer grievances as per the KMBL customer grievance redressal and SBP FTC guidelines.

Adherence to:

• Enforcement of debt collection and portfolio management by SBP guidelines and KMBL policies.

• Banking Skills, Time Management, Debt Collection, Assurance of Compliance, and Negotiation Skills are the required skills.
