Duties:

You will perform the following duties as your job.

• Support district managers with scientific discussions and brand-specific events and discussions with the HCPs.
  
• Make sure the brand messages are consistent with marketing and medical strategies.
  
• Arrange for periodic refresher courses for the field force to increase product and disease knowledge.
  
• Gather and analyze HCP feedback to gain insights that will be valuable for brand development.
  
• Keep current with current scientific literature, product application, and competitive marketplace.
  
• Worked with medical and marketing personnel to develop scientific materials and speaker programs.
  
• Adhere to company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical promotion practices.
  
• Maintain appropriate records of scientific activity, interaction with KOLs, and event attendance.
  
• Offer assistance in the organization of national and regional medicine conferences, CMEs, and Advisory board meetings.

Skills:

Having good scientific ability to analyze clinical information.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to communicate and build rapport with an HCP.
Very good knowledge of MS Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
Have self-motivation and the ability to work alone.
Time-managed and good with multitasking. Extensive travel within the assigned region is required.

Details:

Job Type – Full Time

Salary – Rs 75000 – Rs 80000 per month

Education:

A Bachelor’s degree in the medical field is required to pursue this job. It is compulsory.

Experience:

The Medical Officer should have at least 2 years of experience in the related field. (Compulsory)

Work Location: On–site
