Position: Junior Clerk

The basic scale is BS-11, and the position is Junior Clerk. This is a strictly contractual post that will be valid for five years. 21 is the number of posts available: open merit-14, special persons quota restricted to 1, minority quota restricted to 1, and women quota reserved:

PRESCRIBED QUALIFICATION:

Passed the 2nd division from a recognized board with a typing speed of 30 wpm. Preference will be given to candidates having computer knowledge.

Male

18-25 + 05 = 30 Years.

Females

18 to 25 years + 08 = 33 Years.

The age and sex of the transgender will be as provided in their CNIC contents

LOCATION OF POSTING: Punjab Workers Welfare Fund Lahore (Head Office)

One MCQ type written paper of 100 marks and 90 minutes duration. The syllabus is as follows:-
i) General aptitude including, (80%)
General Knowledge, Pakistan Studies, Current Affairs, Geography, Basic Mathematics, English, Urdu, and Everyday Science:
ii) Question related to (20%)
M.S Office and Computer skills

SYLLABUS FOR WRITTEN TEST/ EXAMINATION (IF CONDUCTED)

2. Test schedules and syllabus, if any, will be available exclusively on the PPSC Official website. Candidates should henceforth visit the PPSC website regularly for test schedules, syllabus, and such other details.

3. Federal Government or Semi Government and Autonomous Bodies of Federal Government and Local Bodies employees are not entitled to age concession during service in such organization The candidates shall ensure that they will provide marks obtained / total marks or percentage certificate of all degrees, as issued by the Competent Authority, at the time of Interview. CGPA will not be accepted.

4 But anything published by someone else than on the PPSP’s site is not authentic. Candidates should not wait for anything of this kind to happen.

5. The Shorthand Test and Typing & Proficiency Test, if required, shall be held only at Lahore.

6. No Fresh Applications shall be entertained for increase/decrease changes in the number of post(s) by the concerned department.
