i) BA/BSc (2nd Division) from a University recognized by the Higher Education Commission

ii) Computer literate

Female: 21 to 28 + 8 = 36 years.

Conditions:

The cut-off date for determining eligibility on account of age is 1st January 2025. However, candidates must meet and have fulfilled all other conditions/qualifications for the examination on or before the Closing date mentioned in this Advertisement. The Candidates will produce original certificates during the Psychological Assessment and Interview to verify their claim in the application form.

Written examination syllabus

The written test will be carried out for the four subjects below:

Written Examination (Four Papers)

Total 400 Marks

(1) English Essay and Composition    100
(2) Urdu Essay and Composition    100
(3) Pakistan Studies/Islamic Studies/General Knowledge/Computer literacy MCQs     100
(4) History of the Cooperative Movement and Cooperatives today MCQs     100
Psychological Assessment and Interview/Viva Voce     200

Note:

Non-Muslim candidates can either attempt the MCQs on Islamic Studies or attempt for the same number of questions in a separate section titled Ethics.

Important notes:

i) A candidate has to secure 40% marks in each paper and 50% aggregate, i.e., 200 marks out of 400 to qualify.
ii) Except for the candidates of the Combined Competitive Examination (PMS), the highest aggregating examination candidates of all the other written examinations will be called for an interview in the ratio of 1:5, as is the practice in one paper MCQs test of PPSC.
iii) There shall be negative marking and 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer in the MCQ type papers.
iv) Change of examination centre will not be permitted.

1. It is obligatory to read the “Important Instructions” concerning the Application Fee, Written Tests, and Interview at the PPSC site www.ppsc.gop.pk before applying online or apply directly through our website Topictub.
2. The schedules of tests and any syllabus, if issued, shall be issued only on the official website of PPSC. Therefore, candidates are required to visit the PPSC website frequently for test schedules, syllabus, and any other related information.
3. The age concession concerning their service in such organizations shall not be granted to employees of the Federal Government or Semi Government and Autonomous Bodies of the Federal Government and those of local bodies.
