Job responsibility:

Responsible for managing complex customer situations, meeting expectations in a timely and professional manner.
Deliver class-breaking customer experiences measured against performance objectives with core values in mind.

Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

Job Requirements:
