Work Hours: You will have to work for 9 hours. These shifts will range from Monday to Saturday, 6 Days a week. All the work will be onsite
Evening/Night Shifts
Job Type: It is a full-time job that requires physical presence.

Salary: The Base salary will be up to Rs 100,000 per month

Duties Required:

• Capability to respond to customer questions by phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally.
  
• Capability to offer product and service information to customers.
  
• Ability to empathize sensitively and to resolve customer complaints and issues as necessary.
  
• Ability to recognize and take appropriate next action on customer matters or matters at hand right away.
  
• Ability to raise complexities to the concerned department to be addressed.
  
• Ability to maintain and update a high level of product and service information.

Experience:

The applying candidate should have 1 Year in customer service or a related field.
Customer service skills and experience should be excellent, with great volume handling capability.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Basic conversation in English is a must.
Customer service tools/software proficiency is a plus.

Education:

A high school diploma or equivalent is needed for this role. Higher qualifications are an added advantage that will add to ga ood impression of to resume of the job.
