Duties

• You must deliver top-notch customer service to customers in terms of inbound call management and the client’s needs and wants.
  
• Must focus on high retention by usage of your skills to offer the best solution available for the problem.
  
• Monitors and regulates social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and business forums to respond to questions and post current information.
  
• Stay up-to-date with new product releases and features and notify customers about them to improve their user experience.
  
• Customer is the priority therefore, every complaint’s solution must be delivered on time through coordination with partner departments.
  
• People should have a positive experience; therefore, you must track and keep follow-up on customer orders,

Basic Eligibility:

1. You must have a Bachelor’s degree or a little experience in the subject’s field.
