Your work with us will be very simple and effective. You will have to contact the new potential client first, and this will be just an introductory call. There is nothing to sell; just have an interesting conversation and build a good relationship.
You only have to do a few things:
First, call potential people according to a prepared script and procedure.
Second, communicate in a friendly and professional manner to understand whether they are interested in real estate.
Third, keep an accurate record of each call conversation in the CRM system.
Fourth, try to meet the set goal of getting daily or weekly leads.
Fifth, stay informed about the current conditions of the real estate market when talking to people.
Good communication skills in English must be assured. An American or neutral accent is preferred.
You have to answer any questions our customers have in a good way and communicate with them with trust and confidence.
A good customer service representative should have the ability to connect with others quickly and be a good listener.
You should have basic computer knowledge and knowledge of CRM systems, which is an add-on for this job.
You have the passion to work on your own and also the desire to get paid.
