Job Description:
GRM BPO is looking for an experienced and hard-working telephone customer service representative to join their team. In this job, you will have to listen to and answer phone calls to provide customers with good and satisfactory service. For this, you must have good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and a good attitude.

It is a fast-growing and energetic inbound call center serving customers in the US and Canada. Their great pride is in giving an excellent experience to the customers, minus the sales. We operate 24/7 across all three shifts: Morning, Evening, and Night.
Key Responsibilities:
Listen to the concerns of the customers with a sense of calmness and answer them correctly.
Resolve customer queries and issues quickly and efficiently.
As a customer service representative, you are responsible for maintaining accurate records of every call and conversation.
Work closely with other team members and supervisors to improve customer service.
Follow the company’s policies and procedures in a good manner as per the instructions given.
Requirements:
Experience: 1 year minimum working in a call center for an international campaign.
Skills:
To get this job, you must have the following skills:
